– Motor Yacht and prices are subject to change.

– The charterer will pay a deposit of 50% of the cruise cost to secure the booking with the balance payable on boarding.

– Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation from behalf of Gold Yachts due to technical problems or bad weather, the deposit and any payment will be refunded. Should notice of cancellation of this agreement be given by the charterer on or at any time before commencement of the Charter Period, or should the charterer fail, after having been given notice to pay any amount payable under this agreement, Gold Yachts shall be entitled to retain the full amount of all payments made by the charterer prior to cancellation.

– In addition to the cruise cost, the charterer will be responsible for the cost of fuel used which is to be paid cash or per credit card directly at the end of the cruise.

– Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate guest’s requirements, the skipper is responsible for the safety of the yacht and its guests and has full authority to determine the route and any other operational matters. All guests should be aware of possible risks attached to sea passage and no responsibility shall be assumed or accepted by Gold Yachts in this respect.
